Meta is seeking a Strategic Compliance Program Manager to join the Compliance Programs Office within Meta's Legal department. The Strategic Compliance Programs (SCP) team is responsible for managing Meta's Conflicts of Interest ("COI") compliance program. The COI program provides guidance to help employees recognize, disclose and resolve situations that could present an actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest. The Conflicts Committee (an cross-functional team with representatives from Compliance, IP Legal, Employment Legal and Corporate Legal), reviews outside activities and interests that may present a potential conflict of interest and provide guidance to help employees comply with Meta's Conflicts of Interest Policy. SCP also partners with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders across the company to evaluate potential conflicts against Meta's roadmap and interests, and to develop appropriate guidance to mitigate conflicts. Meta is looking for a full-time program manager with relevant experience to oversee the day-to-day operations of the program and the contract workers who support. This full-time position and a great opportunity to join a growing legal team and to work on novel issues in an exciting, fast-paced environment.Strategic Compliance Program Manager ResponsibilitiesOversee the Conflicts of Interest ("COI") analyst team: Act as an enabler, providing guidance on request adjudication, removing roadblocks and empowering them to drive success autonomously, while maintaining our high levels of stakeholder satisfactionChair the Conflicts of Interest Committee and drive alignment across stakeholders representing various risk verticals and areas of expertiseEnsure high-quality case handling, paying particular attention to communications, timely responses and care for critical partners, particularly executive-level stakeholdersOwn case management for Conflicts of Interest requests from Meta leadership, as well as case escalations, driving problems to resolution, and handling the communications within Meta and with the third partyDefine and operationalize routine program metrics to understand program health, increase program adoption, and report out on those metrics to key stakeholdersServe as a triage and centralized POC for any process or tooling issues that require coordination between analyst teams and ensure feedback is consistently and appropriately communicatedManage all contracts, PRs, POs, and invoices for the vendors that support the COI programWork with other Legal and Compliance stakeholders to continue to scale Meta's COI program through data-driven automation and efficient processesHelp implement and operationalize enhancements to Meta's COI processes and introduce innovative approaches and solutions to optimize efficiency and effectivenessAssist in developing and implementing Conflicts-related training programs to educate Meta employees and contract workersMinimum Qualifications8+ years of relevant experience in a large, global organization, preferably in a related industry (internet, technology, etc.)Experience assessing processes, risks, and implemented controls to develop a system of risk-informed decision makingExperience working with, and incorporating feedback from, diverse, cross-functional teams such as legal, product, and researchDemonstrated track record of crafting clear and concise, emails, reports & documents for a broad range of stakeholdersExperience building relationships and establishing trust and credibilityPreferred QualificationsProgram management skills and high degree of rigor and attention to detailDemonstrated experience of proactively identifying, scoping and implementing new solutionsFor those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click here for additional information. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
