ENGAGEMENT MANAGER (EA to CEO)Naked Farmer is a pioneering farm-to-table restaurant group with multiple locations across Florida, cooking and serving scratch-made, healthy, and affordable meals. Our restaurants celebrate the seasonality of vegetables and the spirit of innovation, striving to create a sustainable food system that strengthens the connection between farmers and the community.ABOUT THE ROLE: We're in search of someone with the potential to become the best Executive Assistant in the world. The ideal candidate will work one-on-one with our CEO to maximize their time and impact our organization. The role will include traditional responsibilities like calendar management as well as unique opportunities like helping the CEO strategically invest in their relationships.We're headquartered in Tampa, Florida with locations throughout Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Sarasota and St. Petersburg and entering a period of expansion across the Southeast US, but the job's location can be anywhere in the US. Work will be mostly be via web and phone and hours of work will be based on US East Coast time.All training and work can be done remotely wherever you are. You need to have high-speed, reliable internet.RESPONSIBILITIES: Task & Time ManagementRecord all tasks assigned and perform in appropriate systemsKeep accurate and detailed records of time spent on tasks in appropriate systemPrioritize different types of tasks and meet deadlinesConsistently stay up to date on task management and communicate effectively regarding what is most importantCalendar ManagementManage Executive's time based closely on their prioritiesHave confidence and sound judgment in pushing back on the Executive when they get distracted from their top prioritiesExpertly maintain and update calendar based on the Executive's preferences in a fast-paced environmentEnsure all meetings are setup for success, including having accurate locations, contact details, links, codes, agenda and note-takingConfirm appointments and alert the Executive of any conflicts or updatesMeeting ManagementTrack action items committed to in meetingsPlan for future interactions that the Executive may want to deliver to their networkCreate follow-up emails based on information provided by the meeting ownerRecord information collected from the meeting owner in a contact databaseEmail ManagementProcess emails for the Executive and indicate priority of emails in their inboxDraft email responses when possible that the Executive can edit and sendScan and extract valuable information communicated via emailAlert Executive of any urgent emails that need to be seen or acted on Clean unnecessary noise in the inbox that the Executive doesn't need to seeIdentify opportunities to produce new interactions based on context gathered via email reviewManagement of Contact DatabaseUpdate existing contact informationManage LinkedIn posts, connections regularly communicating to community about recent happenings and news, scaling intimacy across the Executive's networkMaintain contact database organizationResearch ManagementPerform various internet-based researchPerform prospect researchKPI Tracking, Reporting and FacilitationTrack KPIs in our business through regular reporting and communication to key stakeholdersEmpower the CEO to stay connected to our team by delivering deeply meaningful 1:1 experience at scaleSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: This is important.
