Makes appropriate physician contact for intervention.Ensures all necessary safety precautions are taken to provide a safe environment for patientsclients and staff. Documents unusual events.Engages patientclient in purposeful activity using therapeutic methods and goals, which are considered standard practice for Recreation Therapy that are identified in the treatment planMaintains departmental records and reports.
