Earn an hourly wage and receive a bonus commission upon successful home closings. Plus, enjoy a commission of 0.1% of the final sale price when the deal is closed.Responsibilities•AvailableResponsive to requests for showings•Show homes in the Twin Cities Area•Push listings to Buyers from the officeyour home when applicable•Follow the Showing Agent process with the Sales Agent and Showing Team•Available to hold open houses as needed•Additional administrative tasks for the team as neededMeasurables:•Sell 1 home per week as a showing agent•Schedule available for 2-3 showingsweek minimumQualifications•Minnesota Real Estate license (required)•Valid MN driver's license, reliable car, proof of insurance•Professional in attitude and appearance•Ability to analyze clients' needs and wants and match them to homes•Able to communicate with clients and provide top-notch service to them•Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
