This role is responsible for advancing the customer experience, distribution, business planning and P&L for our Amazon 1P and 3P businesses. The individual will drive revenue and share growth in addition to direct ownership of the customer experience through strategic business planning, marketplace execution, digital marketing, merchandising, assortment management, and promotions while managing a budget, maintaining profitability and interfacing with both internal and external customer stakeholders.Accountabilities:Manage all Dot Com eCommerce solutions (inc. Amazon, DTC, marketplaces, concierge services) across sales, marketing & advertising, commercialization, digital store experience, merchandising, and content managementSell, negotiate and execute customer plans to achieve objectives and deliver annual grossnet sales and market share targetsWork cross-functionally to develop and maintain a winning eCommerce digital shelf (Basic Content, Enhanced Content, Brand Store, Hero Imagery, Portfolio optimization etc) and drive consistent, seamless digital customer experiencePartner with Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE) to leverage digital assets and marketing playbook to execute bespoke solutions for Dot ComResponsible for all back-office aspects incl. Fulfillment, Analytics & Reporting, P&L, Customer Care across all Dot Com solutionsMaintain an active awareness on industry trends, beta tests as well as search best practices to look for ROI enhancement, and new ways to grow consumer base & salesCollaborate closely with internal teams and Amazon DTC representatives to resolve any issuesKey Metrics & Financial Targets:Develop e-commerce KPIs to drive improve performance across all areas of the customer experience - acquisition, engagement, conversion and lifetime valueAdvance eMerchandising and Marketing capabilities and develop optimal assortment, packaging, placement, and pricing strategies.Establish processes and system improvements in coordination with the key partners in the organization (IT, Sales, Operations, Marketing).Revenue targets TBCEBIT target TBCOwn:Manage the set-up, launch, optimization & scaling of all Dot Com solutions (inc. Amazon, DTC etc.) across Operations, Sales & MarketingOwn growth and portfolio expansion through customer acquisition & retention programs, eCommerce Product and NPD pipelines and promotional strategies (trade management)Influence:Influence a large cross-functional team (IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Digital CoE etc.) to establish and prioritize a digital and ecommerce first mindsetVeto:D2C initiatives after alignment with LRB leadership teamInfluencing Amazon DTC initiatives aligning Sales teamsCritical Relationships:Reports to Sr. Director, LRB eCommerceDigital Center of Excellence for datainsights & leveraging global tech stackMarketing for Social Shopping channel, content and brand assetsBuilding total eCommerce infrastructure from start to endDeveloping SOP's across functions for efficient & effective ways of workingAmbitious revenue targetsSkills Needed To Be Successful:3 - 4+ years of e-commerce sales or marketing experience working directly with Amazon, CPG experience is preferred with proven track record of success in building B2C and D2C businesses with 1-2 years experience on building managing brands on omni-channelDeep understanding of shopper online buying behaviors, market solutions, and digitally influenced salesProven track record of developing digital marketingmerchandising recommendations to drive sales growth targets on e-commerce platformsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExtraordinary Leadership Expectations:Build strategies for continued long term growth as new technology and opportunities emerge, collaborating with IT to develop essential E-commerce functionality.Develop long-term e-commerce vision and execute on near-term financial and non-financial goals to meet key financial pensation:Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location.
