Come join our dynamic team!What You Will Do:Social Media Strategy & Vision:Develop and lead the brand's overall social media vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives and long-term brand goals.Oversee the development and implementation of social media campaigns and initiatives.Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the social media landscape.Establish and communicate best practices for social media across the organization.Team Leadership & Development:Lead and manage the social media team, providing guidance and mentorship.Oversee the hiring, training, and development of team members.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence:Collaborate with senior leadership across various departments to integrate social media into broader business fluence stakeholders and secure buy-in for social media initiatives.Represent the brand and its social media presence at industry events.Performance Analysis & Strategic Insights:Oversee the analysis of social media performance data, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Develop and implement measurement frameworks to track the ROI of social media activities.Budget Planning & Resource Allocation:Develop and manage the social media budget, ensuring resources are allocated strategically to achieve business objectives.Oversee agency relationships and negotiate contracts.What We Are Looking For:Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.8-10 years of experience in social media or influencer marketing.Proven track record of developing and leading successful social media strategies and teams.Deep understanding of social media platforms, emerging trends, and best practices.Experience managing budgets, and leading teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media management platforms, and analytics tools.No Physical Requirements of the Role Preferred Qualifications: Social Media Marketing or Influencer Marketing certifications.Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.Please note: This job description is a general outline and may be subject to change.
