JOB SUMMARYClearBridge Investments is seeking a professional, reliable, and organized individual to join our midtown New York office as the ReceptionistAdministrative Assistant. This individual will serve as the face of the firm while managing our reception desk and other administrative and facility functions.This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, guests, and employees. They will be the first point of contact for the company, handling all incoming calls, greeting visitors, and managing the reception area. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a positive and friendly attitude.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TOAct as first point of contact for clients, visitors and employeesMaintain the overall appearance of the reception area creating a welcoming environmentManage conference room and guest office scheduling and logisticsCoordinate meeting and events including facility staff coordination, catering and suppliesAnswer main phone lines and routing calls to appropriate destinationServe as primary liaison with the facilities team and building management companyProvide administrative support to various teams including travel coordination and expense managementSupport HR and other firm initiativesAd hoc projectsHours: Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.QUALIFICATIONS2-3 years relevant office support experienceExcellent interpersonal, communication and client service skills requiredStrong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritizeAbility to be pro-active and a problem solverMust enjoy working in a team environmentProficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Ability to work in a faced paced environment and open areaTOTAL REWARDSOur employees have access to a competitive and valuable set of Total Rewards.
