This is a unique, non-billable role designed to enhance the efficiency and knowledge management of the firm's Life Sciences Partnering practice.Key Responsibilities:Template & Precedent Management - Develop, refine, and organize template agreements, precedent documents, and practice resources.Education & Training - Collaborate with legal education teams to create and deliver training materials.Legal & Regulatory Updates - Monitor industry developments and ensure practice resources reflect current legal standards.Thought Leadership - Contribute to publications, industry conferences, and firm-sponsored educational initiatives.Attorney Support - Provide internal guidance by responding to precedent and template-related inquiries.Process Management - Coordinate with attorneys and firm personnel to update practice materials and publications.Qualifications & Skills:Licensed attorney with at least 3 years of life sciences commercial transactions experience or 5+ years of corporatein-house life sciences experience.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.Exceptional attention to detail for drafting and analyzing templates.A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying practice needs and driving innovation.Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and professionals across various practice pensation & Benefits:Salary Range: $220,000 - $350,000 (Final offer dependent on experience and location).Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.Firm-paid life insurance, disability coverage, and parental leave.Generous vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays.Professional development opportunities and access to firm resources.This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to apply their expertise in a high-impact, knowledge-driven role at a leading firm.Apply to learn more!
