Join our dynamic team, where you'll be surrounded by supportive colleagues, enjoy long-term career growth opportunities, and experience exciting company events.Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a full-time Property Maintenance Foreman with experience in the following:Manage and train crew members dailySafely operate landscape equipment, such as commercial mowers, weed-eaters, blowers, truck driving, and other equipment necessary to perform daily tasks.Duties include, but are not limited to, digging holes, planting trees and shrubs, laying Sod, and irrigation plete daily time sheetsOverseeing jobs and ensuring they are performed in accordance with industry and company standardsCommunicating plans and production goals with crew members and clientsEnsuring all safety and maintenance procedures are followedMaintaining a clean vehicle and equipmentCompleting paperwork and information pertaining to the jobInteracting with clients to ensure job satisfactionAssessing progress and making recommendations to ensure the route is completeMake sure each property is finished with the highest quality standardsMaintain a regular, dependable attendance recordJob Requirements:A valid Driver's License.Two - Three years minimum of practical experience with a solid work history in the green or similar industries.Have Two - Three years of experience managing landscape maintenance crewsBe willing and able to lift 50+ poundsBe able to operate standard landscaping machineryBe able to work variable hours, which may include weekends, holidays, and overtime.Be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditionsExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsStrong leadership and ability to work in a team environmentBenefitsHealth InsurancePaid time offCompany vehicle when neededWork ScheduleFull-time:8-10 hour shifts (Monday through Friday).Weekend availability as required.Work LocationProjects based in NYCWhy work with QG Landscape Services?If you are looking for a company where you can showcase your talent to the fullest and advance your career in a great team atmosphere, then we look forward to meeting you!
