Scaled Ops Program Manager - GenAI Vendor Strategy

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Scaled Operations Program Manager to support our GenAI and Product Data Operations partners. As a key member of the Scaled Operations GenAI team, you will be responsible for executing on a comprehensive vendor strategy that delivers on product and engineering's cost, quality and speed requirements.Scaled Ops Program Manager - GenAI Vendor Strategy ResponsibilitiesExecute on the GenAI vendor strategy that aligns with our GenAI goals and objectivesIdentify, evaluate, and select vendors that can provide high-quality GenAI LLM annotation services in collaboration with internal stakeholdersPartner with Sourcing to negotiate and manage vendor contracts, that appropriately incentivise desired vendor performance and comply with company policies and proceduresCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop vendor solutions that meet those needsWork closely with Vendor Operations delivery teams to ensure accurate performance signals to inform strategy and foot print changesDevelop and implement processes and tools to support vendor management, including performance metrics and reportingStay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologiesMinimum Qualifications10+ years of experience in vendor management, operations, or a related fieldProven track record of developing and executing successful vendor strategiesUnderstanding of GenAI technologies and their applicationsProven negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience strategically, making data-driven decisions that drive business outcomesAnalytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data setsExperience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with changing prioritiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experiencePreferred QualificationsBachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience in annotation for MLAI model development and or large language model development.
