Description: Work Location: Los Angeles Area with direct access to Beverly Hills, Newport beach, Westlake 808 Wilshire Boulevard Suite 200 Santa Monica, CA 90401 Industrious LAX 808 Wilshire Boulevard LLC 808 Wilshire Boulevard Suite 200 Santa Monica, CA 90401 Qualifications (Skills & Experiences & Education) Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum years of experience needed 5-7 years Automotive Technical Diagnostics and Repair Experience Education Required •Automotive Technical Degree •Fundamental Automotive Service Technical experience Desired •Bachelor's degree with automotive emphasis Skills: General skills needed to perform the job •Proven track record of analytical and conceptual thinking and implementation •Proven problem-solving abilities •Attention to detail and process orientation •Strong work ethic with internal motivation to succeed and support others •Ability to problem solve and prioritize •Forward-thinking with ability to work effectively with minimal direction •A great attitude and proven ability to be an effective business partner, team player, and collaborator •Partners at all levels of the organization, with ability to negotiate and influence to achieve results •Ability to understand automotive service retail business, procedures and data Specialized Skills: Knowledge or certifications unique to this role Required •Strong overall automotive technical knowledge •Deep knowledge and expertise in ODIS, Onboard Diagnosis Information System •Excellent communication skills •Understand automotive Sales After Sales processes ( Technical Parts Logistics) •Knowledge and experience utilizing data analysis tools (Excel) Desired •Language skills inor Italian, Spanish, German Work Flexibility: Physical requirements, travel requirements, work schedule, etc. •80% Travel in peak times Role Summary: Brief summary, 3-4 sentences which describes nature and level of work•Visit West Coast Lamborghini Dealer (CA, NV) on a regularly base to: o Support dealer network in fault finding process together with TFM o Daily follow up on vehicles down at work shop, identify root cause of delay and time of c o Document all support activities accurately in LIASS o Support the responsible TFM in all areas o Monitor dealer workshop readiness and service levelRole Responsibilities: List essential functions in order of importance; include percentage of time spent performing each function (total should equal 100%) Vehicle Days Down Management - 70% of the time Goal: Timely processing of vehicles in in the workshop •Daily Support authorized Lamborghini dealers (Americas Region onoff site) and diagnose root causes in order to minimize car down time and accelerate repairs to comply with Lamborghini warranty policies and processes •Complete analysis of causes for product quality and improvements and report accordingly •Follow up on spare parts orders needed to complete repair of down vehicles Legal Case support - 20% of the time Goal: Technical case support given to parties involved •Prevent and support legal casescustomer complaints from a technical perspective •Monitor and assess dealer technical readiness and repair quality Training - 10% of the time Goal : Stay up to speed with current technologies •Stay abreast with technology of existing and upcoming Lamborghini vehicles •Participate in all available training modules Qualification ssessment Must Have VWGACompany Default Category Background Verification Yes Drug Screen Yes Role Classification HYBRID Will this position require driving on the job?
