Industrial Maintenance Electrician

Responsibilities:This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Mt. Comfort facility as well as driving continuous improvement activities throughout the organization. The position is a 1st shift position with a Monday to Friday work schedule. Makes complete electricalelectronicinstrumentationmachine network repairs and modifications on facilities equipment and machines.Sets up and operates equipment to accomplish various tasks and assignments in conformance with corporate electrical standards, National Electrical Code and O.S.H.A.Makes necessary repairs and modifications to circuits including program changes. Works from machinery prints, wiring diagrams, schematic diagrams andor trade knowledge.Performs mechanical repairs to equipment as required.Acts as point of contact for third party maintenance resources, coordinates their stalls, adjusts, and calibrates electronic and pneumatic instrumentation.Determines and locates materials required and utilizes the best of completing job assignment in compliance with standard practices governing codes and O.S.H.A. Works from verbal and written instructions including blue-prints, schematic diagrams, sketches, and bills of material. Consults technical manuals or factory specifications as required.May, at times, order necessary parts to complete an assignment.Maintain necessary records including - Inventory of spare parts, completion of Work Order details.May, at times, plandesign own work to complete an assignment.Must comply with safe working procedures, maintain a clean, safe, orderly work area and cleanup work area after completion of all assignments.Performs preventive maintenance within their craft.Operates equipment to repair, troubleshoot, modify, or test for proper operation when assignment is complete.Responsible for lubrication functions of electrical components.Required to use and carry two-way communicator.Performs duties of an unskilled nature as general cleaning, painting, routine janitorial duties, weighs, hauls and disposes of scrap material, as directed by supervision.Performs all other tasks as assigned by management.Requirements: Certified in mobile equipment operations.Licensed Electrician preferred.We offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits.If you are qualified, you will be considered for this positionQualifications for employment are considered without regard to race, gender, religious beliefs, disability, age, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
