A Typical Day as a Child Welfare Case Manager:Collaborate with clients to gather information on their family's needsDevelop a plan with clients to connect them with needed servicesWalk with families and clients through the process of goal setting to help them achieve solutionsSupport family relationships by coordinating and scheduling family visitsEngage with families and clients by visiting them in a variety of settings to assess progress towards their goals.Location:292 N. Chambers St. Galesburg, IL including travel and spending time in the field visiting clients' homes, communities, and attending court. This office provides services to the following counties: Knox, Warren, and Henderson.Work Hours:Schedule is flexible and non-traditional; based on the availability of youth and families served.
