Fleet Maintenance SpecialistLocation: Florida Divisional Headquarters, Lutz, FLPosition Type: Regular Full-Time, Non-ExemptPay Range: $16.66 - $18.74hrAbout this opportunity:Under the direct supervision of the Divisional Secretary - Business, the Divisional Fleet Maintenance Specialist prepares and processes all paperwork for Florida Division vehicle matters. The incumbent will ensure effective and timely workflow processes, act as information expert on all administrative functions vehicle related.Key responsibilities:Process all motor vehicle acquisitions and disposal requests from the Corps, AC, and division. Update and reconcile monthly auto insurance reports to ensure timely addition and removal of vehicles as appropriate; update information into Insurance Management System (IMS) to ensure timely addition and removal of vehicles. Oversee the DHQ Floater Vehicle rental program, assigns vehicles to staff as they travel throughout the field, checks the vehicles back in, maintains mileage records and ensures the routine maintenance has been completed on each vehicle in coordination with the Building Maintenance collaboration with the finance department, maintain a master list of all vehicles owned by the division, to include location, VIN, Make, Model, Tag number, registration, and inspection renewal dates.
