Job Description:Job Title STEF Structurer and Sales AmericasCorporate Title Assistant Vice President - Vice PresidentLocation New York, NY(ALL ROLES TO BE CONSIDERED)OverviewAs Structured Trade & Export Finance (STEF) Structurer and Sales Americas team member, you will drive the origination and structuring of medium and long-term bilateral and syndicated loans to finance imports, exports, and investments across the Americas. You will collaborate with export credit agencies, multilateral institutions, and private risk insurers to mitigate risks and offer comprehensive project finance solutions. Accurately determine pricing structures, ensuring they comply with the STEF profitability index and contribute to our financial targetsYou work with STEF teams globally in the region including the origination of inbound opportunities for Deutsche Bank clients worldwide and assisting them on the groundYou support senior management in portfolio monitoring, internal requirements, financial and regulatory reporting creating transparency over our portfolioHow You'll Lead Collaborate closely with the STEF team in Madrid for LatAm inbound Export Credit Agencies (ECA) businessEngage with Project Finance and other Corporate Bank coverage units for cross-selling opportunitiesBuild strong, transparent relationships with corporates, financial institutions, and sovereign clientsSkills You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (banking, finance, insurance industry)Comprehensive experience and structuring skills on buyer credits, ECA tied and untied solutions, commercial loansCapability to manage the end-to-end deal process, coordinating with Know-Your-Client, legal, compliance, credit risk, internal stakeholders. Negotiate term sheets, loan documentation and security packages in alignment with regulatory and commercial requirementsStrong IT skills with experienced knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Fluent in English and Spanish. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
