We believe in flexibility around work schedules and locations, but expect that our team members will work half of the days or more of most weeks from one of our two offices. We expect candidates to be flexible and dynamic when it comes to shifting responsibilities and company context.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner (EBP) to support our executive team (Chief Scientist, Chief Technology Officer and VP of Engineering). This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to adapt in our fast-paced startup environment.Core ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage calendars, arrange internal and external meetings, ensure efficient time managementHandle email correspondence, prioritize communications, and draft responses when appropriateCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, and logisticsProcess expense reports and manage administrative documentationOffice administration for the NYC office: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage vendor relationships, and continuously optimize the office space to support our growing company and maintain an efficient, welcoming environment.Additional ResponsibilitiesAs the company grows, several responsibilities that will eventually be handled by dedicated full-time hires are currently managed by the team. These include recruiting operations (scheduling candidate interviews, act as main point of coordination for candidates, etc), occasional event organization, communications internal and external**,** organizing information across the company, etc. You will be expected to assist with these tasks as your schedule allows.QualificationsThe ideal candidate has:5+ years of executive assistant or business partner experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology or startup environmentExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency with Google Workspace, slack, NotionAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismBachelor's degree preferredRequired QualitiesProactive problem-solver with strong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to work independently and prioritize competing demandsFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and company needsDiscrete and trustworthy when handling sensitive informationThe salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000 per year, plus a competitive equity package. Compensation package will vary based on job-related skills, experience, and knowledge. The compensation package also includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
