Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at-all from Day One.Job DescriptionThe Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Business Line Quality Assurance team is looking for a qualified candidate to join our team and play an important role within the risk management organization by testing the operational effectiveness of the RCSA, ECRA, and EFCC controls. The Testing Analyst will report to the BLQA Manager to perform design assessment and testing of controls implemented by the business line meeting this objective, the BLQA Testing Analyst will be responsible for executing the following activities:Leading process walkthroughs with control owners & key stakeholdersScheduling testing in alignment with the BLQA testing planDrafting and submitting entrance and exit results memos to impacted stakeholdersDesigning test scripts, test steps & testing templatesSelecting populationssamples for testingRequesting and collecting testing evidence and supportControl testingCoordinating reviews of test workpapers with the BLQA ManagerBLQA Team LeaderCommunicating resultsUpdating BLQA Policies & procedures, creating process job aidsRecommending solutions to mitigate control gapsIdentifying and executing process improvements in the BLQA functionIn the execution of these responsibilities the BLQA Testing Analyst will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work well with and influence others and be detailed, curious and diligent in the execution of testing.
