We are seeking a dynamic State Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day operations for our ABA services across the state, ensuring smooth coordination between our clinical and operational teams.Job Overview:The State Operations Director will play a key role in overseeing the growth and success of ABA operations in the state. This is a full-time position based in our Inwood, NY office, where you'll work closely with both clinical and administrative teams to drive operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery. You will be responsible for managing intake processes, scheduling, marketing initiatives, recruitment efforts, and employee culture, as well as contributing to the overall growth strategy of our state operations.Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, plus secondary insurance.15 days of PTO401K and matchFSA and DCFSA coming soon in 2025!Growth and promotion within the companyResponsibilities:Oversee and manage daily operations for ABA services across the state, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and operational efficiency.Lead the intake and scheduling processes to ensure timely and accurate placement of clients with appropriate technicians.Drive marketing and growth initiatives to increase brand presence and client acquisition.Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new staff, ensuring we have the right team in place to meet client needs.Foster a positive and collaborative employee culture, supporting staff engagement, development, and retention.Ensure compliance with all state regulations and ABA best practices.Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure operational strategies align with therapeutic goals and client outcomes.Qualifications:Strong experience in operations management, with a preference for candidates with both clinical and operational experience in the ABA field.Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and drive organizational growth.Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of ABA therapy practices and industry regulations is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, staff, and stakeholders.What We Offer:Competitive salary (DOE)Opportunity to be part of a growing, supportive teamOngoing professional development and trainingA positive, inclusive work culture where your contributions make a direct impactIf you are passionate about ABA therapy and have the leadership skills to drive operational success, we would love to hear from you!
