Senior Water Resource Engineer

Senior Water Resource engineer for water resource projects and tasks with local governments, DOTs agencies in DE, MD, DC and VA. Manage client relationships with Public and Private ClientsProvide guidance and mentoring to H&H water resource engineers for H&H (1-D and 2-D) and bridge scour analysis, E&SC, SWM, Drainage, NPDES and SWPPP, waterway permits and related projectsConduct peer reviews and QAQC reviews of water resource related submissionsDevelop projects scopes of services and price proposals as required.Providing guidance and mentoring to engineers and technical staffRequired Attributes: Education: Bachelor's in Civil EngineeringExperience: 15+ yearsManagement Experience: 4-7 yearsLicenses: PE - MD, DC, and VAProject Management Experience with MDOT SHA, DDOT, VDOT and or DelDOTHydrology and Hydraulic (H&H) design expertise, including 2-D analysis and flood studiesExperience with Scour Analysis and Scour Countermeasure Design for bridges and culvertsDrainage design, SWM and ES&C expertise, including preparation of NDPES, SWPPP and steam encroachment permitsDeveloping project cost estimates and specifications, including Special ProvisionsPreferred Attributes:Excellent Communication Skills - both oral and writtenExperience with developing task order proposals, project scopes of work and fee estimates Why Pennoni?At Pennoni, we're not just another multi-disciplinary engineering firm; we're a vibrant team of innovators shaping the future!
