They are well known for their company culture, and have a strong commitment to their employees.Job DescriptionThe "Tool Room Supervisor" responsibilities will include the following:Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities in the tool room.Ensure the implementation of safety protocols and regulations.Manage the maintenance, repair, and inventory of tools and equipment.Develop and execute strategies for improving efficiency and productivity.Coordinate with other departments to meet production goals.Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment.Monitor and control budget and expenditures within the tool room.Implement quality control measures and standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
