This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. The General Manager of Product, Primary Care will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. ResponsibilitiesDefine and Maintain Product Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, incorporating customer feedback, market analysis, and competitive intelligence Gather and Analyze Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats Analyze market data, user feedback, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions Manage Product Backlog & Launch: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the product vision and roadmap Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria In coordination with finance, develop appropriate pricing strategies Oversee aspects of the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, go-to-market, and ongoing scaling Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, marketing, operations, legal, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure successful product delivery Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders Resolve roadblocks and ensure timely delivery of product roadmap Measure and Analyze Product Performance: Track key product metrics (e.g., user engagement, customer satisfaction, market share) and analyze performance Use data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards achieving business goals Requirements 7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, product owner or a similar role Proven track record of success in leading and growing a product line or business unit for a digital healthcare company Strong understanding of product development methodologies; experience with product discoveryvalidation techniques and proficiency with projectproduct management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp) Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously Data-driven decision-making skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Benefits Salary Range: $200,000-$250,000 Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Unlimited PTO Policy Commuter Benefits Paid Holidays Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development
