The role of the Franchise Business Consultant is to work closely with franchisees to help improve the profitability of their centers. This is accomplished through center visits, local meetings, and regular phone calls.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Build franchisee relationships influencing franchisees to meet and exceed standardsImprove revenue and profitability for all business segmentsConduct local area meetings and trainings as scheduled and as necessaryConduct center visits, and frequent contact calls - oversee approximately 30-40 unitsSet and revise action plans to meet corporate and individual center goalsAssist franchisees in setting marketing plansImplement and evaluate compliance with corporate initiatives and brand standards in the franchise communityOvernight travel will be required, about 50%Attend all corporate training and seminars as scheduledCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSCompetitive Pay - base salary plus commission, total compensation in the $75k-$90k based upon performance.Medical, Dental, Vision and Life InsuranceFlexible Dependent and Health Spending Accounts401(k) Savings Plan with company matchingPaid Time Off - vacation, sick and personal daysTHE TRAINING PLANAll staff members are offered our extensive initial & ongoing paid training program.
