Over 6% of active NBA players have invested in Overtime.What You'll Do:Support the day-to-day, monthly, and year-end accounting operations of OvertimeHelp lead the month-end close, including booking of journal entries, analyzing general ledgeraccounts, and creating balance sheet account reconciliationsAssist with annual external audit, including preparation of audit request items and schedulesManage our eCommerce accounting including the recording sales and cost of goods sold, reconciling data between multiple systems, managing inventory, and analyzing results and create management reportingManage Sales Tax compliance, including accurate reporting, filing and remittance of sales taxSupport accounts payable and expense reporting, including reviewing and approving expensesSupport the accounts receivable process, including proper revenue recognition, reporting and collections with the teamAssist the Controller in the development and maintenance of a Cash Forecasting model to drive decision making for short-term liquidity needs and investment opportunitiesManage Fixed Asset accountingPrepare third-party licensing and royalty accounting schedulesReview and approve expense reports and reconcile the corporate card payable accountSupport various ad-hoc and special projects in our effort to streamline and standardize accounting processesWho You Are:Bachelor's degree in accounting5+ years of professional accounting experience, background in media and entertainment industry is a plusNetSuite experience a plusCPA is a plusStrong in Microsoft ExcelSelf-starter, motivatedPossess excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentThe salary range for this position is expected to fall between the range of $100k-$115k annually. Salary will be determined based on the individuals years of relevant experience.
