We are seeking an experienced provider practice manager to help develop Jukebox Health's national network of occupational therapists and other clinicians. In this critical role, you will be responsible for training, onboarding, billing, and providing day-to-day administrative support to clinicians in the Jukebox Health network. Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for building OT payroll processes, ensuring OT's submit timesheets and work w finance team to ensure OT's are paid in a timely mannerWork with finance team to manage P&L accounting for clinical entitiesWork with outsourced credentialing and contracting teams to ensure OT's are appropriately licensed, their licenses remiain active, and that OT's are credentialled into the networks of our payer partnersWork with contracted biller to manage RCM processWork with network team to ensure OT's are being appropriately onboarded, Work wthe interim clinical director to build a training program that aligns with clinical best practices and meets operational needsManage team of Sr. OT's to conduct documentation reviews and ensure a quality management system for clinical workWork with partner success team to document partner-specific assessment requirements and ensure OT assessments achieve these requirementsWork with IT lead to ensure OT's receive appropriate IT supportDevelop a system to ensure feedback from OT network is funneled to the producttechnology teams for improvementsSkills, Knowledge and Expertise3-5 years working in a digital health company with a provider networkExperience developing systemsprocesses in an environment where they previously did not existExposure to clinical billing, credentialing, and practice administrationStrategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levelsBenefitsOpportunity to build a new category leader in healthcare servicesCompetitive compensation including salary, stock options and benefitsCollaborative, flexible work environment coupled with an uplifting cultureFully remote position
