We are industry-leading experts, and we work hard to encourage a collaborative and team-oriented environment.A Day in the Life of a Billing CoordinatorAs a Billing Coordinator, you will distribute incoming mail, receivedeposit checks, process daily cash receipts, and submit monthly invoicing to our clients. Our team of Project Accountants will rely on your help setting up projects in our ERP system, generating billing, and updating project files. You'll assemble invoices and perform a variety of general accounting tasks with attention to every detail. You'll help ensure timely and accurate billing and collection of our professional services and get to work on a team that is diverse, dynamic, supportive and talented.Qualifications of a Billing Coordinator:An associate's degree in accounting is preferred but additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degreeAt least 2 years of hands-on administrative or data-entry experience is preferreProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and experience with accounting softwareKnowledge of the project structure in a clientconsultant business environment is a plusStrong attention to detailYou'll be great here if:You possess strong organizational and time management skillsSpeed and accuracy are your two middle namesYou enjoy collaborating and providing great internal and external customer serviceYou know your way around a spreadsheet and love bringing order to chaos You enjoy finding more efficient ways to get things done and bringing those ideas to the tableYou deliver high-quality work on timeWork Schedule for a Billing Coordinator:This position is full-time in office Monday through Friday.
