No other company can combine ingenuity, know-how and customer service like AST.Job DescriptionManage and respond to emails on behalf of the executiveProvide phone support, including screening and directing callsSchedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsAssist with sales calls, including notetaking, follow-ups, and scheduling client meetingsPrepare reports, presentations, and other business documentsHandle confidential information with discretionPerform other administrative duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum of five years of experience within an executive level support roleExperience with a CRM software like Salesforce andor Hubspot preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a client-facing capacityExperience handling sales calls or supporting sales teams is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business softwareAbility to work independently and efficiently in a small office environmentAdditional InformationCompensation: $65-85KThis is a full-time, in person position that will require a 40 + hour work week.
