In the U.S., Mattamy is represented in 11 markets - Charlotte, Dallas, Jacksonville, Naples, Orlando, Phoenix, Raleigh, Sarasota, Southeast Florida, Tampa, and Tucson.What you'll doAssist the HR leadership team with project coordination, communications, report preparation, meeting scheduling, expense reporting, document scanning, printing, filing, shipping, and other administrative tasks. Act as the office manager by maintaining a neat and organized breakroom and kitchen area, managing office and breakroom supplies, and coordinating building and equipment service needs. Support the talent acquisition function as needed, which could include managing job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, background checks, candidate communications, and checking references.Ensure that new hires have a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.Coordinate required training, screenings, and certification completions for new anize events, celebrations, and volunteer activities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records that comply with all legal requirements, including updating labor postings.Conduct periodic audits of team member files and data.Ensure completion of I-9 and E-Verify documents.Maintain and update organizational charts.Maintain up-to-date employment and training records.Act as a reliable point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns.Continuously look for ways to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.Coordinate training and development programs to help team members grow their skills and advance their careers.Pull data and create reports in PayrollHRIS and People Insights systems. Complete data entry tasks in various HR systems as needed.Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culturePerform other related duties and HR department tasks as assigned.What you bringHigh school diploma or GED required1-2 years of office administration experience strongly preferredExcellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skillsComputer skills including knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and issues with tact and diplomacyProven ability to multi-task; Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment of competing demands and changing prioritiesMaintain a professional, and polished demeanorEnthusiastic and friendly, with a demonstrated client-service orientationEffective communication skills and enjoys interacting with peopleDesire to learn and grow in the Human resources fieldBonus pointsBachelor's degree in business or human resources management preferredExperience in Human Resources preferredExperience with Dayforce, UltiPro (UKG) andor Saba would be a plusBe yourself.
