ResponsibilitiesSupport Merch & Design leaders across Womens, Mens & Non Apparel in creation and maintenance of seasonal concept documents including collection inspiration, color palettes, and key sketchesSupport creation and maintenance of shared Design tools such as Miro, PPT docs, and Physical design boards; share updates cross functionally as needed.Assist with lead up to and facilitation of key Designmerch milestobes such as proto workshop, sketch reviews, Proto review, go to market, Virtual market etcCoordinate sharing of seasonal concept, color and material boardsphysical samples with licenncse partenrsOrganize design closets and reserch trendsCreate Shared docuemnets that can serve as resources for special projects... (customization, in store events, etc)Book fit models, and models for key cross functional meetingsMaintain weekly Design & Merch calendars and meeting prep, ensure team is on track, amd meeting spaces are preparedWork with team leaders to maintain design floor, racks and ensure neat and orderly appearance of design spacesCoordinate with license parters as needed & facilitate corss functional communication where neededRequirementsExcellent organizational, communication and follow-up skillsFlexible, self motivated, and comfirtabe working closely with all levels of leadershipSelf motivated with an entrepreneurial spiritAbility to work well independentlyProficiency in Excel, & Powerpoint, with knowledge Photoshop, Illustrator a plusMust have strong interpersonal skills to foster inter-departmental relationshipsRules we live by | Rules you live byBe a Good Human - Be original, be authentic.
