Forget, for a second, where you came from, and leave with a memory that keeps you coming back.SummaryAs an in-room dining server you will be responsible for the taking, entry, setting up, delivering and retrieving all food & beverage orders to guest rooms and hospitality suites while ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction, and brand and company standards are met.Core Responsibilities Maintain accurate set-up & delivery of all food & beverage orders to guest rooms in accordance with established guidelines and procedures on a daily basis. This includes polishing of glassware & silverware, foldingrolling napkins, setting up trays, stocking supplies, etc.Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner while delivering order following Le Meridien guidelines and sophisticated style.Conduct floor sweeps to retrieve all food & beverage trays in order to maintain established sanitation guidelines.Set up and deliver all amenities to rooms in a timely puts orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest, to maintain accountability of all food & beverages plete all shift side work as outlined.Respond to all guest needs, issues, comments, and problems in a timely manner to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
