But we can't do it alone - you in?Rad ScienceReal Chemistry is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing Rad Science team!This unique team includes dozens of scientists and artists specifically trained in illustration, animation, interactive media, and immersive experiences - turns complex scientific messages into simple, memorable stories through: Congress experience and scientific visualization.This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices-including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco-or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.What you'll do:Primary responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Oversees note taking during meetingscalls (internal and client-facing); sends prompt recaps to all appropriate partiesWith guidance from supervisor, coordinates the resources needed to service project scopes by developingowning strategic operational plans i.e., creative briefs, project plans, status spreadsheets, hot sheets, meeting recaps, etc. while balancing client expectations alongside the execution of successful work outputLearns, follows, and implements each client's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into agency's milestone delivery(s), review periods, MLR submissions, etc.Works in close partnership with Project Manager (PM) to ensure the smooth production process of all scopes of workMay review timelines created by PM to ensure dates align to client SOP and needsCollaborates with PM to meet client submission deadlines and expectationsClient servicesMay serve as the day-to-day client contact on select projects while building client relationships and debriefing regularly with Senior Account Director (Sr Acct D)Account Director (Acct D).New business acquisitionMay participate in new business opportunities as a support to the Account Director (Acct D)With guidance from the supervisor, writespopulates the proposalsSOWs in response to client inquiries for new businessFinancialsDrives the creation of billable job codesAssists Sr Acct DAcct D at monthly revenue recognition meetings with any insights that may inform accrualsPending project ownership, may work with PM to understand project burn against originalbudget; communicates updates to Sr Acct DAcct DProfessional development & mentorshipCollaborates with supervisor on development of goals and works towards progressModels fulfilling their essential job functions and company SOPs for junior staffContributes andor provides feedback to supervisor, leadership, and fellow team members with a solution-oriented focusWith guidance from the Supervisor, may collaborate with new staff to help with their onboarding and trainingCollaboration & teamworkEffectively collaborates with members across the entire team to succeedEnsures procedures are followed by all team membersContributes andor provides feedback to Supervisor, leadership, and fellow team members with a solution-oriented focusThis position is a perfect fit for you if:Our Company values - Best Together, Impact-Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always and Accountability with an "I" - really speak to youYou are adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
