The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of corporate tax provisions, including Form 1120 and multi-state filings. As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in reviewing tax provisions and returns, researching and analyzing tax laws and regulations, and proposing effective strategies for compliance to enhance profitability and reduce costs. You will also be responsible for assisting with tax audits and managing any issues with local, state, or national tax authorities.
