Market Connectivity Project ManagerMillennium is seeking an experienced business analyst to join the Equities Technology team. This role involves working as part of a global team responsible for onboarding and maintaining connectivity to all external venues, including sell-side and third-party OMSEMS solutions and exchanges. The business analyst will engage directly with internal stakeholders and external counterparts in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requests ranging from small daily tasks to larger multi-team projects.Principal Responsibilities:Analyze, implement, and certify new and enhanced connections between Millennium's trading infrastructure and external destinations.Work across teams to onboard new venues, new products, and new trading services within Millennium.Liaise with stakeholders across trading and technology to define requirements, prioritize projects, and manage expectations.Document and educate internal teams, including portfolio managers, on internal product offerings.Qualifications Skills Required:Strong knowledge of FIX protocol..Strong knowledge of market microstructure across key global markets.Demonstrated cross-asset project experience, with a focus on Equities, Options, and Futures.Familiarity with FIX, Linux, Sybase, SQL, LAN, and WAN.Ability to communicate ideas, requirements, and results across disparate teams.Strong analytical approach to itiative, good attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time, while prioritizing conflicting requirements.Ability to work as part of a team, while also assuming responsibility for your own work.The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
