Be part of a financially stable nonprofit with a long and rich history.What Will I Be Doing?Assist the Director of Life Enrichment in planning, organizing, and facilitating daily activities, special events and outings for residentsSet up and prepare activity areas, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are availableEngage residents in a variety of activities, including games, arts and crafts, exercise programs, and outings. Encourage participation and support residents in their engagement with activities, adapting as needed to meet individual preferences and abilities. Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, fostering a welcoming environment for all residents. Provide exceptional hospitality and professionalism in all interactions Participate and lead social events, outings, and other destinations according to a scheduled itinerary. Assist with transportation and mobility needs of residents during activities. Assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles safely and respectfullyEnsure the safety and well-being of residents during all activities, reporting any concerns and changes in resident behavior to the Director of Life Enrichment All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, including minorities, women, veterans, and disabled individuals.
