Lucid Measurement by Cint is a rapidly growing team built to solve the challenges in advertising research by bringing scale, speed, accuracy, flexibility, and quality to marketing studies. Cint seeks an experienced Associate Account Executive to create long-term, trusting relationships with our partners and grow existing accounts. The Associate Account Executive's role is to oversee a portfolio of Strategic Partnership accounts, developing new business from existing clients and actively seeking new sales growth opportunities.What You Will DoDevelop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business stakeholders to activate and scale existing customersMaximize growth and revenue from prospects by identifying and closing new partnershipsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of existing business and new partnership opportunitiesMeet and exceed assigned sales quotaPrepare and present capabilities presentations and platform walkthroughs to prospects and partners, both virtually and in-person.Serve as the lead point-of-contact for all customer interaction and account management activities, from introduction to executionHandle both strategic, complex projects, as well as transactional sales activityAnswer customer queries thoughtfully and identify new business opportunitiesWork closely with cross-functional internal teams including Customer Success Managers and Project Success teams to improve the entire customer experienceForecast and track key account and territory metrics with up-to-date CRM activityWork collaboratively with Sales Director to recommend and build strategic territory and account plansTravel within the territory to clients, prospects, industry conferences and to Corporate Headquarters in New Orleans (50-75% travel), when climate and conditions permitQualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForIndependent thinkers and self-starters - you are excited about the opportunity to run your territory as an autonomous business ownerUnderstanding and curiosity for how advertising is measured and optimized through the sales funnelTech savvy and forward-thinkingGreat teammates that enjoy working with a diverse collection of colleagues and partnersExcitement for prospecting, outreach, pitching, and developing client-focused solutions to sell win-wins for Cint and our partnersBonus Points If You Have3+ years of Account Management or Sales experience directly tied to generating revenueSales experience in the Media or Advertising space, including account verticals such as Agencies, Publishers, Platforms, or Ad Tech brandsKeen knowledge of the Media or Advertising space, such as emerging channels, industry trends, the purchase funnel, and the importance of measurement throughoutUnderstanding of advertising research, such as brand lift studies, cross-channel measurement, andor full-funnel and multi-touch attributionExperience delivering client-focused solutionsTrack record of meeting and exceeding sales quotasProven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the Director+ levelProven ability to engage across corporate functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Product Management)Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including Senior ExecutivesStrong aptitude for technology, with the ability to use, demonstrate, and speak about new technologiesExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesAdditional InformationAnticipated Salary Range (US Only):The anticipated pay range for this role is $67,000 to $72,000 annual base salary with on target annual commission of $25,000 to $30,000.
