Manufacturing Assembler Electrical/Mechanical

Located in Cincinnati, OH Salary: $20-22 an hourPosition: Manufacturing Assembler - Electrical Mechanical Location: Sharonville, OH Pay: $20-22 an hour Responsibilities:Follow detailed procedures and instructions to perform electrical and mechanical assembly on various components, sub-assemblies, and top-level assemblies.Layout and wire industrial control panels, including back panels and terconnect industrial control panels with skid-mounted equipment.Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control systems to ensure functionality.Provide over-the-phone troubleshooting and customer service support as needed.Review and interpret general instructions for routine tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments, seeking clarification when necessary.Ensure project completion aligns with established timelines and shipping schedules.Maintain a clean and efficient shop and production area to support operational efficiency.Demonstrate a full understanding of standard products and assist in assembly-related aspects of the production process.Perform functions related to refrigeration, including leak testing, repairs, and component assembly.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or GED required.Experience: 1-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred.Technical Skills:Ability to read and interpret advanced blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and electronic schematics.Proficiency in refrigeration tasks, including wrapping, piping, soldering, brazing, and mounting of components (preferred).Familiarity with tools and welding techniques as required for the position.Soft Skills:Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and maintain high-quality standards.Preferred: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and educationexperience in refrigeration.#EEPCNEExpress Office: Cincinnati (Northeast) 4760 Cornell RoadCincinnati, OH 45241
