The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio and along with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer lifecycle management.DESCRIPTIONDuties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop responsive email templates using HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and AMPscript within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Create and manage dynamic content blocks and data-driven personalization strategies.Set up and execute email campaigns including AB testing and deployment.Collaborate with designers and markets to translate creative assets into functional email designs.Ensure all email campaigns are optimized for various devices and email clients.Troubleshoot rendering issues and implement fixes to ensure high-quality delivery.Analyze email performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.Maintain compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).Performs related duties as assigned by management.Qualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.2-4 years' hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically Email Studio and Content Builder.Skills, Abilities, and KnowledgeProficiency in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and Structured Query Language (SQL) for email development and data management.Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing.Ability to analyze campaign performance data and draw actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, or similar.Additional Information:While this description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the position's requirements, it in no way impliesstates that these are the only job responsibilities.
