Senior Product Manager, Wallets

Developers and companies around the world build on it, and the SDF team is expanding to support the rapidly growing and changing Stellar ecosystem.We are looking to hire a Product Manager to manage our flagship wallet, Freighter, which is currently a browser based plugin wallet and the default interface for power users of the Stellar network and its smart contract platform, Soroban. This PM will be responsible for shepherding the growth and development of one of the most commonly used tools for developers and users in our ecosystem.We are looking for a lead for this product who will guide Freighter beyond its roots as a browser based utility wallet into a flagship crypto native wallet not just for Stellar, but the broader crypto ecosystem. You will leverage our growing ecosystem of smart contract protocols and cutting edge technologies like passkeys and smart wallets to reimagine what a full featured, secure crypto native wallet can this role, you will:Create and own the product strategy for Freighter, as it expands beyond a simple plugin walletWork with our broader ecosystem to design, advocate, and implement standards for wallet and protocol interoperabilityDesign and implement new experiences across web and mobile to both grow and delight its userbaseOwn the prioritization and roadmap for the product as you work with the rest of the org to achieve our strategic objectivesYou have: 4+ years of PM experienceWorked on or with blockchain in a previous roleExperience with end user facing blockchain productsFamiliar with wallets and wallet interfaces both good and bad in other ecosystemsBonus points if (optional):Worked on a browser based crypto native wallet in the pastWorked at another L1 blockchainConsumer fintech experienceOwned user on-boarding for a consumer or pro-sumer productWe offer competitive pay with a base salary range for this position of $155,000- $205,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
