Job Summary The Technical Business Analyst (BA) Consultant is a member of a project team whose primary objective is to work with the customer to collect business requirements and have hands on experience with deployments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In this role, you will be expected to: Validate Customer Journeys and requirements with Business teams and adapt them in case any change is needed Create training materials on features implemented and SFMC setup Provide two training sessions of 4 hours to US SFMC users. Create journeys in journey builder, Create users, Business units, Data attribute groups. Provide IP warming guidance Support UAT in SFMC Preferred Qualifications (bullet points) Nice-to-haves SFMC experience Benefits: Applications will be accepted until 3302025. The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $102,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
