As part of the Unifi family, youll work in a diverse, inclusive, and dynamic environment with limitless opportunities!Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Device Management Manager to design, implement, and oversee the full lifecycle of IT assetsfrom procurement and assignment to recovery and decommissioning. This role will establish structured processes for managing laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and handheld devices, ensuring compliance with ISO27001 standards.The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow CMDB, and IT Asset Management (ITAM) and can drive efficiency through automation, governance, and security policies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevice Lifecycle ManagementEstablish and manage end-to-end processes for device assignment, tracking, retrieval, and disposal.Ensure all devices are properly assigned upon onboarding and recovered after employee separation.Create and maintain an accurate device inventory using ServiceNow CMDB and ITAM solutions.IT Asset Management & ComplianceImplement an IT Asset Management (ITAM) solution to track and manage device assets.Develop policies for secure device deprovisioning, refurbishing, and disposal.Maintain compliance with ISO27001 standards for asset security and governance.Device Configuration & SecurityOversee device provisioning, configuration, and policy enforcement using Microsoft Intune.Ensure endpoint security policies are enforced across all company-owned devices.Collaborate with InfoSec and IT teams to mitigate security risks and enforce compliance.ServiceNow Integration & Process AutomationEnhance ServiceNow CMDB for real-time tracking of IT assets.Automate device assignment, inventory updates, and recovery workflows.Optimize ServiceNow for incident and service request management related to devices.Cross-Functional Collaboration & LeadershipPartner with IT, Security, HR, and Operations to streamline device management.Train and support IT teams on device lifecycle processes and best practices.Drive innovation in device tracking, automation, and policy enforcement.Required Qualifications & Experience8+ years of experience in enterprise device management, IT asset management, or endpoint security.Expertise in Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow CMDB, and IT Asset Management tools.Strong understanding of ISO27001 compliance and IT security best practices.Experience in IT policy development, device inventory management, and process automation.Proven leadership in managing corporate IT assets, including mobile devices and handheld scanners.Ability to develop, implement, and optimize device lifecycle management strategies.Preferred QualificationsExperience integrating ITAM solutions with ServiceNow.Certifications in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), ITIL, or CISSP.Strong background in cloud-based security and compliance automation.Why Join Unifi?Work with us, travel with us!
