A well run, very well connected Title Insurance Agency based in NY, has a need for an experienced Commercial Underwriting Counsel. This position can be run remote. He or she will have significant responsibility within the organization and should be able to operate as a senior executive in interactions with both internal and external constituents. Strong commercial reading background;3. Strong commercial surveys reading experience;4. Strong NY Practice experience;5. Strong understanding for development rights transactions in NY;6.
