This position is an entry level, hands on role which will provide valuable experience and knowledge in the beverage and distribution industry. Sales Trainees will learn the essential skills to become a Sales Representative, providing coverage to routes when necessary in Southeastern Wisconsin, primarily in the Kenosha and Racine areas. Apply today to learn more!Essential Job Functions:Promote and effectively merchandise our award-winning Anheuser-Busch, Craft, Import, Seltzer, and Spirits portfolioRegularly support current local Sales Team members in stocking, promoting, and all other needed duties to effectively sell our vast portfolio.Develop and maintain effective customer relations to promote the good will of the companyHandle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information and other inquiries as they ariseCover sales routes, strengthening your relationships with account owners Ensure that all product is rotated and proper codes maintained to ensure product freshnessExecute brand displays and placement of brand promotion materials at key accounts as indicated by your Fellow Sales Team membersMaintain a regular support schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned areaSupport promotions in accounts as directed by Area Sales ManagerOther duties as assignedCritical Physical Demands:Use of hand and foot controls for drivingWalking and climbing stairsTwo handed lifting, handling and carrying of cases from floor to overhead levels on a frequent basis.Pushing and pulling a hand truck andor cart on level and inclined surfaces on a frequent basisSustained squatting, kneeling, andor bending while handling productsSufficient manual dexterity to operate business equipment including, but not limited to, computer, telephone, adding machineRequirements:Bachelors degree with a preferred emphasis in a business or marketing related field or equivalent experienceSales and customer service experienceExcellent verbal and written communications skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility and willingness to work independently and as part of a teamEnthusiastic, high energy, and self-motivated individual with a desire to succeedSuperior organization skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlinesKnowledge of legal requirements regarding the sale and the delivery of alcoholic beveragesMust be able to lift, move and place cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basisWhy Join Us?
