As a Cook at The Allure Group, youwould be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve the quality oflife, health, and comfort of residents.Cook ResponsibilitiesPrepare food in quantities according to themenu, recipe, and number of persons to be servedComply with state, federal, and all otherapplicable health care, safety, and sanitation standardsMonitor and record temperatures in refrigeratorsand freezersInspect special dietary restrictions ofresidents to assure that the correct diet is served to residentsProcess diet changes and new diets as receivedfrom Nursing ServicesEnsure that food and supplies for meals are readilyavailableAssist in inventorying and storing in-comingfood, supplies, etc. as necessaryRequirementsHigh school diploma or its equivalentKnowledge of dietary proceduresFood handler certificationPreferredAt least one-year dietary cook experience in ahospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facilitiesWhat We OfferCompetitive pay scaleMedical, dental, and vision coverage401kPaid time offCEU eligible training programsOngoing leadership and professional developmenttrainingDedicated and local leadership supportApply today!
