Job DescriptionRestaurant Managers (Veterans Veteran Families Preferred)Roles in FL, GA, NJ, PA (Locations below)Full time direct hire positions. $55-75k DOETalentry is looking for multiple experienced Restaurant Managers for a variety of locations in Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.The role is:To oversee the Front and the Back of the House with respect to operations.Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, while at the same time ensuring profitable operations.This role will evaluate staff performance, organize shifts, work with vendors, ensure healthsafetycompliance, and look for opportunities to improve the brand.The manager will train new and current employees, communicate policies and ensure change management.RequirementsRequirements:Demonstrated experience as a Restaurant Manager, GM, or similar.Ability to work 50 hoursweek on a 5-day work shift (with a max of 3 closings).Proven leadership, training, and people skills.Demonstrated customer-centric history.Familiar with restaurant management software (OpenTable, etc.)Our client is an organization committed to veteran and veteran family hiring, retention, and professional development.
