Located in Aurora, OR Salary: $25-28Job Title: Experienced BookkeeperJob Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will excel at multi-tasking, demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, and be comfortable using web-based interfaces and tools. A quick learner with a proactive attitude will thrive in this role. #1939OSEvaluation to hire opportunity.Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pmPay: $25-$28 DOE.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable: Manage invoicing, follow through with receipt of payment (including collections), and reconcile accounts.Accounts Payable: Receive invoices, process and issue checks for payment, and handle electronic wires.Bank Deposits: Ensure proper processes are followed to prevent fraud, process electronic deposits, and document accordingly.Month-End ReconciliationReporting: Conduct month-end reconciliation and reporting.Accounting Filing System: Maintain an orderly paper-based accounting filing system.Collections: Proactively monitor receivables and support in contacting customers or escalate to the GM as needed.Expense Reimbursements: Process reimbursements in QuickBooks or pay out of petty cash.Payroll: Process payroll through ADP, verify final payroll reports, and ensure accuracy.Customer and Internal Support: Provide excellent support for any accounting-related emails or queries.Clerical and Administrative Support: Assist management with clerical and administrative tasks as requested.Year-End Tax Preparation: Prepare documents for CPA audits and support CPAs with additional documents or ventory System: Learn and track incoming and outgoing shipments using our inventory system.Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements:Strong knowledge of QuickBooks.Experience with spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel.Highly organized with excellent customer service and communication skills (email, phone, and in-person).Ability and willingness to collaborate with others to understand different roles in the office.Support other employees and positions, covering for absences as needed.Proven bookkeeping experience.How to Apply: For immediate consideration, please contact Lindsay Taylor at 503.612.1800 or email your resume to Office: West Tualatin 8100 Southwest Nyberg Road Suite 290Tualatin, OR 97062
