For more visit: Port Washington, NYPosition Overview: The Pricing Coordinator maintainsand manages our national pricing records with our proprietary pricing software. There will be daily interaction with both back office and sales personnel. Reporting to our Eastern Pricing Manager, the person will help to enforce our price positioning on multiple wine and spirit portfolios, while also being mindful of our budgets by brand.ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:Understanding and execution of state specific price posting requirementsManage, complete, and respond to daily transactional pricing requests in accordance with required due datesRaise potential pricing issues to managers where we are outside of strategyEffectively communicate with all internal departments from sales to the back officeProvide administrative assistance through running routine as well as ad hoc reportsRegularly work with large data sets in excel using the following skills Vlookup, Range LookupsIfIferrorPivot TablesTrackinglogging of price change requests to help streamline execution and communication to our customersEnsure compliance with operational policiesQualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree preferredStrong communication, both written and verbalSuperior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and in a dynamic, high energy, team-oriented atmosphere.High level of proficiency with Microsoft officeIndustry experience a plusWine knowledge a plusBenefits Overview:Palm Bay International offers a competitive compensation package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(K), paid vacation, personal time off and 11 paid company holidays.Palm Bay International is an equal opportunity employer.
