You will provide critical cross-functional finance partnership and play a key role in driving the overall financial objectives of the organization. As a member of the broader FalconX finance team, you will join a group that is passionate about teamwork, finance, and crypto. We are looking for an FP&A Manager who shares that same passion and level of excitement to join our team!ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll DoManage and coordinate the development of the annual budget and ongoing forecasts for business areasConduct monthly budget reviews and annual planning exercisesConduct deep dives into specific expense or revenue lines to understand their drivers and identify potential levers to enhance financial performanceSupport the Accounting team in the month-end close processGenerate and present timely, accurate, and insightful management reports to stakeholders, highlighting financial results, key performance indicators, and variance analysisDevelop impactful, compelling presentation materials and support that effectively communicate financial projections, drivers, business performance, risks, and opportunities to leadershipConduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested by senior management.Continuously focus on enhancing forecast methodology and accuracy, as well as increasing efficiency through process automationEstablish business relationships across the organization and serve as a strategic thought partner with cross-functional teamsWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or a relevant field (MBA is a plus)Minimum of 6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, andor investment bankingAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel Google Sheets (including advanced formulas, scenario analysis, and pivot tables)Prior experience with both FP&A and ERP softwareDemonstrated understanding of FP&A principles and methodologies, and proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniquesDemonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills utilizing data, metrics, and financial modeling and analysis to solve complex, multivariable problemsStrong attention to detail with the ability to delve into details, step back, and assess if the output makes senseExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong collaborator with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teamsExperience driving initiatives to identify areas for process improvement and deliver resultsWillingness to take a hands-on approach and get involved in all aspects of the jobPassion for crypto and web3, demonstrated through personal or professional experience and regular consumption of industry news and developmentsBase pay for this role is expected to be between $153,000 - $253,000 USD for New York City and San Francisco Bay Area. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
