Pridestaff values diversity and inclusion.Job Responsibilities:- Represent clients in civil litigation cases, such as contract disputes and personal injury claims- Interview clients and witnesses to gather facts for cases- Research applicable laws and regulations to build legal arguments- Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and subpoenas- Negotiate with opposing counsel to resolve disputes when possible- Prepare for and conduct trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings- Advise clients on options for resolving disputes and achieving their goalsSkills Required:- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school- Admission to the state bar- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities- Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines and priorities- Proficiency with legal research databases and litigation softwareBenefits: At Pridestaff, our employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, retirement savings plans, and tuition reimbursement.
