Act now to join a transformative shift in an industry poised for rapid growth.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibility: Drive Kenko's growth by identifying and engaging potential customers.Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through door-to-door sales, cold calls, emails, and follow-ups with warm leads. 80% of the role involves travel.Sales Activities: Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and maintain accurate account information in our CRM (HubSpot).KPIs: Consistently achieve outbound prospecting goals and key performance targets.Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to schedule meetings with qualified prospects.What We're Looking For:If you're motivated by success, goals, and empowering small businesses, and you thrive in connecting with people, this role is perfect for you!Responsibilities Include:Spearheading lead generation efforts for the sales team by creating qualified opportunities.Reaching out to potential customers via cold and warm callsemails.Identifying key influencers and decision-makers within organizations.Managing all sales activities, opportunities, and account details in HubSpot.Consistently meeting outbound prospecting objectives and KPIs for the role.RequirementsExperience: 1+ years in outbound sales, field sales, cold calling, or similar roles.Skills: Strong work ethic, communication, organization, and attention to dustry: Experience in SMSMid-Market sales is a plus.Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems for email marketing and reporting.Personality: Self-motivated, thrives under pressure, and goal-oriented.Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up.Our history and backgroundThe wellness industry is set to become the world's third-largest, yet most businesses still operate on outdated models.
