Position Overview:The ideal candidate will bring 3-6 years of experience in family law or commercial litigation. You will be responsible for a range of legal tasks, from drafting pleadings to attending trials, and providing comprehensive legal support to clients. This role is well-suited for attorneys who are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in client representation.Responsibilities: Prepare cases for hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials. Research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials. Conduct discovery and prepare for depositions. Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel. Collaborate with the team to develop case strategies and solutions.Qualifications: Licensed and in good standing with the Florida State Bar. 3-6 years of experience in family law or commercial litigation. Proven experience drafting and responding to motions. Strong attention to detail, along with excellent research and writing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to client pensation and Benefits: Base salary: $90,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience). Attorneys with a portable book of business will receive preferential consideration. Firm-provided Bar dues, CLEs, and a commission for cases brought into the firm across our practice areas (excluding PIP).
