Dealership Accountant

Camping World is seeking a Group Accounting Manager for our growing team.This is an exciting role within our Dealership Accounting group for a Group Accounting Manager. Accounting Manager. This role will have overall ownership of Financial reporting for multiple dealerships.What You'll Do:This includes income statement, balance sheet and other financial analysisMonthly closingAnnual BudgetsAccruals & DeferralsJournal EntriesBank ReconciliationsFloor Plan ReconciliationsAnalysis and tracking of balance sheet accounts (Prepaid, Inventory, liabilities Fixed Assets, etc.)Analysis and tracking of income statement accounts (Revenue, Cost, Expense, etc.)Train local office managers in accounting processesAnalysis and reconciliation of balances with other dealerships within the companyDevelopment of new processes, policies and procedures to transition to a professionalized accounting environmentWhat You'll Need to Have for the Role:Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentLeadership and problem-solving abilityAbility to learn quicklyUndergraduate degree in Accounting5+ yrs experience in public or industry accounting is requiredIntermediate knowledge of MS ExcelExcellent Communications skills (Both written and oral)Knowledge of GAAPAttention to detailAble to handle a complicated workloadWillingness to travel on occasion (Travel should be minimal, but sometimes required)May hold up to 25 lbs andor move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesPay Range:$48,355.00-$66,452.50 AnnualIn addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
